Purpose:
Support transport agencies and local governments that are seeking to increase the mode share of active transport within their jurisdictions by developing an overview of interventions that can be implemented, with an assessment of each intervention.

Deliverables:
Phase 1:
○ Project plan supported by stakeholder engagement and data management plans
Phase 2: Broad range of actions and initiatives
○ Draft report chapters:
○ Draft structure for full Research Report
Phase 3: Detailed coverage of shortlisted actions and initiatives
○ Draft Research Report the delivers the project scope
○ Project data and associated metadata
Phase 4: Completion and dissemination
○ Finalised Research Report addressing feedback received during the multi-stage review process
○ Webinar presentation, webinar delivery and addressing any outstanding webinar Q&As
Project management activities:
○ Suitable project management and control documents

Also included as part of this tender are the following documents:
• Writing & Format Requirements for Austroads Publications which sets out the writing and formatting standards for research, technical and internal reports.
• Master Services Agreement outlining our Terms and Conditions. Please note that our Terms and Conditions are not negotiable.

All submissions are to be submitted as a PDF at a maximum size of 10MB.

All submissions are to include a completed Tender Proposal Coversheet.

The naming convention for submissions is: [your Company name] – [Project No.] – [any internal reference numbers].

All submissions are to include a statement as to how the respondent proposes to undertake the work, and keep to the agreed deadlines, given the current and proposed requirements and restrictions due to COVID-19.
