Purpose
Austroads Ltd and Transport Certification Australia Ltd (together known as Austroads) seeks the professional advice of a business strategy and branding expert for a small piece of work related to internal and external branding across Austroads.
Austroads is a not-for-profit association of Australian and New Zealand Roads and Transport agencies. Austroads has three externally facing brands: Austroads, Transport Certification Australia and NEVDIS.
This effectively represents three parts that have previously worked as separate entities. Increasingly we are working on common back of house services (such as common human resources, finances, IT communications) where previously staff of these three separate units had separate corporate support.
Previously, Austroads and NEVDIS have operated out Sydney premises and TCA operated out of Melbourne. However, this is also starting to change with staff operating out of both offices.
Austroads does not wish to change logos, however, we are seeking to have a unified and consistent corporate branding that stresses the common elements of the corporation and that reflects all staff working to a common aim of delivering common activities for roads and transport agencies across Australia and New Zealand.
In addition, Austroads is developing various additional products and services some of which have their own product specific logos which also need consideration.
Austroads has multiple Policies and Procedures around documentation, style and records control which would need to be considered and updated as required as part of this process.
Things we would like advice on include, but are not limited to:
• Corporate documents including letterheads, business cards and other branded commodities
• Emails and electronic correspondence including online meeting backdrops
• Internal intranet branding and style
• Social media and websites
• Corporate presentation templates
• Branding at office premises
• Branding at industry and other conferences
Deliverables
The work should produce the following deliverables:
• An agreed and documented forward strategy by the Austroads Executive Group.
• Style guidelines identifying what branding should be used and when/in what context – including specification on when single logos should be used and/or when multiple logos should be used and a process for transitioning to common branding moving forward
• Editable files of branding collateral including vector logo files, layered Photoshop or Illustrator files
Also included as part of this tender are the following documents:
• Master Services Agreement outlining our Terms and Conditions. Please note that our Terms and Conditions are not negotiable.
All submissions are to be submitted as a PDF at a maximum size of 10MB.
All submissions are to include a completed Tender Proposal Coversheet.
