Purpose:
Austroads seeks responses from appropriately experienced service providers to update the existing suite of Austroads Test Methods related to pavement investigation.

Scope:
The scope of the project includes:
• Reviewing the existing structure of test methods related to pavement investigation for currency and to ensure they cover the full suite of suitable technologies and are not vendor specific.
• Updating individual test methods to ensure they align with current practice.
• Developing new test methods or expanding existing methods to incorporate new/current technologies.

Following the completion of the initial review or stocktake of existing test methods, it is proposed to manage this project through staged delivery, where test methods are reviewed and developed or updated in order of priority, as determined by the Austroads Assets Task Force members.

This project will produce the following final deliverables:
• Updated and new Austroads Asset Management Test Methods
• Webinar
• Project data with populated metadata spreadsheet.

Also included as part of this tender are the following documents:
• Writing & Format Requirements for Austroads Publications which sets out the writing and formatting standards for research, technical and internal reports.
• Master Services Agreement outlining our Terms and Conditions. Please note that our Terms and Conditions are not negotiable.
