The purpose of this project is to provide case studies, guidance and tools for road asset managers that demonstrate:
 how their capability as an asset manager will be improved by adopting a structured continual improvement process
 how this will provide greater value for customers, and increase the value add of their business, and
 what they should do to achieve this
 provide a structured framework and tools that can be easily customised and used by asset managers.

Report which will feed into the update to the Guide to Asset Management
