Tender Details
Purpose:
This project will seek to:
• develop case studies of Network Operations Plans (NOPs) developed by member agencies,
• assess the current and potential future use of the Network Fit Assessment tool ‘SmartRoads’, and
• develop a reference library / toolkit to assist other agencies and local governments in developing their Network Operations Planning capability.

Deliverables:
A research report capturing the case study and a series of webinars describing the process step-by-step.
All recommendations provided by the selected Consultant as part of the project are required to be accompanied at a minimum by a high-level qualitative assessment of costs and efforts that would be incurred by the Austroads members for their implementation. Jurisdictions impact will be discussed and assessed collaboratively throughout the project between the Project manager, the Project Working Group and the selected Consultant.
All data / datasets captured and /or generated as part of the project form part of the project outputs that the selected Consultant is responsible to deliver to Austroads. Direction regarding the expected output format of the data / datasets will be sought by the Consultant during the project through the Austroads Project Manager.

- Instructions for Authors of Austroads Publications which sets out the writing and formatting standards for research, technical and internal reports.
