Australian Transport and Assessment Planning (ATAP) requires a Technical Coordinator to manage, co-ordinate and provide technical input and support for the development and maintenance of the ATAP Guidelines. This position is a contract for services for a period of one year, with the possibility of extension.

The objectives of the Technical Coordinator are to provide coordination, program management and technical input to support the ATAP Steering Committee Chair, the ATAP Secretariat and Work Stream Leaders.

The Technical Coordinator role is a subject matter expert role that requires extensive stakeholder management skills, working particularly closely with the Australian Government Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Communications, which occupies the Chair position on the ATAP Steering Committee.

The Technical Coordinator is engaged contractually by Austroads through a contract for services, but reports to the ATAP Steering Committee on the progress of the work program.
