Purpose:

Through this Request for Tender (RfT), Austroads seeks responses from appropriately experienced service providers to develop a communication advice and support approach for mobile point-to-point (MP2P) speed camera enforcement trial. The Trial Communication Guide will work in parallel with the Trial and Evaluation Framework as shown in Figure 1, Tasks 5 and 6 under Trial Development. Tasks 5 and 6 will together shape and inform the Implementation Stage to be carried out in December 2024.

Deliverables:

This stage of the project will produce the following deliverables:
• preliminary Trial Communication Guide Report outline (15% complete),
• interim Trial Communication Guide Report for MP2P implementation (85% complete),
• final Trial Communication Guide for Report MP2P implementation (100% complete).

It is expected that the final Trial Communication Guide will be published as an Austroads Research Report to allow for details of the experiences to be discussed freely. The preliminary and interim reports will not be published.

Also included as part of this tender are the following documents:
• Writing & Format Requirements for Austroads Publications which sets out the writing and formatting standards for research, technical and internal reports.
• Master Services Agreement outlining our Terms and Conditions. Please note that our Terms and Conditions are not negotiable.
