Purpose:

Austroads seeks responses from appropriately experienced service providers to conduct an analysis and if required, an update of or development of a new research report outlining best practice for assessing remaining service life of pavements.
There will be a two-stage approach to firstly review the currency of existing artefacts and their value to Austroads transport member agencies and industry. The Stage 1 analysis will inform/confirm the detailed requirement for Stage 2 works to meet the needs of Austroads stakeholders in enabling a consistent and best practice methodology for transport agencies in Australia and New Zealand.

Deliverables:

This project will produce the following deliverables:

• Stage 1 gap analysis/findings report.
• Proposal for Stage 2 if required.
• Stage 2 if required:
> Research report or other formal documentation enabling objectives and case studies identified in the scope; and
> Implementation plan.
• Webinar and any other required communications as agreed with Austroads Project Manager.
• Project data with populated metadata spreadsheet.

• Writing & Format Requirements for Austroads Publications which sets out the writing and formatting standards for research, technical and internal reports.
• Master Services Agreement outlining our Terms and Conditions. Please note that our Terms and Conditions are not negotiable.
