EOI PURPOSE:
Austroads is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified and experienced service providers or individuals to conduct comprehensive analyses of Austroads’ current capabilities, needs, and future requirements related to a Content Management and Delivery System.
The scope of this Stage 1 EOI work includes performing a thorough gap analysis, conducting extensive market research, and providing recommendations for the procurement, and/or development of a Content Management and Delivery System that meets Austroads’ strategic objectives.
Interested parties should demonstrate their expertise and ability to deliver detailed insights that will inform and support Austroads to make well-founded decisions for the optimisation and future development of its Content Management and Delivery System.
Interested parties are invited to submit a proposal to complete the Stage 1 EOI scope.
DELIVERABLES:
The supplier shall describe their proposed deliverables to meet the purpose and objectives of this project within their EOI Stage 1 submission. The deliverables set out in this section are a reference and represent the minimum expected deliverables for the project. The supplier is encouraged to consider and explain any departures from this reference methodology as part of developing their proposed methodology.
The main deliverables expected for Stage 1 are:
• Market Research Report including solution options comparison and recommendations.
• Detailed Solution Design Documentation for finalised solution option.
• Proof of Concept Report (PoC is about Jurisdictions to adopt, customise, and share versions of standards).
• Proposed Framework to Support and Enhance Contents Management and Delivery System.
Also included as part of this tender are the following documents:
• Writing & Format Requirements for Austroads Publications which sets out the writing and formatting standards for research, technical and internal reports.
• Master Services Agreement outlining our Terms and Conditions. Please note that our Terms and Conditions are not negotiable.
All submissions are to be submitted as a PDF at a maximum size of 10MB.
All submissions are to include a completed Tender Proposal Coversheet.
The naming convention for submissions is: [your Company name] – [Project No.] – [any internal reference numbers].
