Purpose:
Austroads is seeking a consultant to revise the Business Case supporting implementation of the Austroads Data Standard in Australia and New Zealand. Allied to this the project will include updating Impact Statements drafted in parallel with the business case. The revision to the Business Case and Impact Statements will include review of key assumption, consultation and analysis of impacts of proposed implementation model being developed in parallel with the revision of the business case.
Deliverables:
An updated business case for implementation of the standard, that
- Addresses alternative implementation models,
- Takes account of information architecture models developed in separate consultancy
- Takes account of adoption staging model
- Has revised and robust assumptions underpinning costs and benefits
- Provides sensitivity analysis around key assumptions
And updated impact statements for the following groups:
- Member agency road authorities
- Commonwealth Infrastructure Department (Department of Infrastructure and Regional Development)
- Representative local government categories in Australia and New Zealand
Also included is a copy of our Consultancy Agreement outlining our terms and conditions.
