The purpose of this project is to investigate the barriers to HPFV access on local roads. It will include the identification of options and provide a discussion on the assessment of the options in addressing the barriers. A discussion on how the options can complement existing tools and guidelines, such as the PBS Route Assessment Tool (RAT), is required.
