Through this request for proposals GBRF is seeking to appoint, for the Lower Herbert, Lower Burdekin and Mary regional programs, entities to the roles of:
-regional program manager, and
-regional partnership coordinator.
These entities will be responsible, in close collaboration with GBRF, with managing the design, coordination and on-ground implementation of the regional programs. Entities may apply to undertake either or both of the roles for a given region. In addition, if an entity is applying for roles in more than one region, then a separate proposal should be submitted for each region.
In parallel to this request for proposals, GBRF has issued a separate call for expressions of interest (EOI) from potential delivery providers to deliver on-ground projects as part of the regional programs. Guidelines for the EOI are available at https://tenders.net/dtp/barrierreef/. This request for proposals should be read in conjunction with the EOI guidelines.
