The Great Barrier Reef Foundation (GBRF) in partnership with the Australian Government, is seeking project delivery providers and a program manager under the Reef Trust Partnership Eastern Cape York Water Quality Program (up to $8m). This program aims to develop and implement a diversity of approaches that contribute to maintenance and protection of good catchment condition, including water quality and other ecosystem outcomes.

GBRF is seeking two expressions of interests:

1. Potential project delivery providers , both individuals or organisations (including Traditional Owner landholders) to implement water quality improvement projects under the Reef Trust Partnership’s Eastern Cape York Water Quality Program (ECY WQP), and
2. An entity (program manager) to assist the GBRF plan and coordinate the overall program delivery, evaluation and reporting.

Entities may submit expressions of interest for both opportunities for the region. In addition, if an entity is applying for both opportunities, then a separate application should be submitted for each.

Applications open on 31 May 2021 and will close at 5pm AEST 7 July 2021.

A separate EOI has been issued for potential members of the Program Steering Committee to guide the planning and implementation of on-ground water quality improvement projects for the region.
