Provide East Arnhem Regional Council (EARC) pricing for various asset items as listed in the schedule of rates per location. Kindly note that this list is currently a tentative list and the asset items may/can change as well as the said quantities. EARC is conducting an identification of the full list of asset items it wishes to procure and is currently work-in-progress. EARC has also attached visuals of the asset items for guidance purposes only and tenderers are requested to either match closely or recommend modern asset items fit for purpose. Currently only 6 regional location asset items have been identified and additional 3 location needs will be notified to the successful tenderers and pricing obtained at the time.
The asset items per location on the schedule of rates must be priced as per existing packaging and delivered to EARC barge operators wharf in Darwin (Sea Swift). EARC currently has a contractual agreement with Sea Swift and EARC will engage Sea Swift independently of this tender to coordinate and deliver the asset items to various locations within East Arnhem Land.
All installation/assembly of asset items will be undertaken by EARC with available local resources and independent of this tender.
