Provide East Arnhem Regional Council the design and construction of a Ceremony Area at the Makarata Field in the Milingimbi Community. The project involves site preparation, including the leveling and filling of a 30m x 30m area, followed by the placement of soft sand to create a suitable surface for ceremonial activities. Additionally, a 20m x 20m steel shade structure will be constructed, providing necessary shelter over the Ceremony Area. The project also includes the construction of a link road from the main road to the site, with parking facilities for 10 vehicles. The contractor will be responsible for supplying all materials, plant, equipment, and labour required to complete the works, ensuring adherence to all relevant standards and local conditions.
