EARC 2034-18 [2014] - Yirrkala Community Minor Civil Works
The community of Yirrkala is located on Eastern most cost of the Arnhem land, 20km south of the township of Gove. The East Arnhem Regional Council aims to undertake civil works on select roads within the community to improve their safety and amenity.
Under this contract the Contractor is required to undertake maintenance and upgrades works to nominated community roads. These civil works will include:
- Maintenance grading of both Rocky Bay and Shady Beach Access Roads;
- Reformation and re-compaction gravel shoulders on inclusive of cement stabilisation to nominated areas along Galpu, Tuffin, Balanama, Webb and Lotu Road; and
- Gravel re-sheet and cement stabilisation of nominated section along Marrakula Road
