EAST.EOI2014.20S - Expression of Interest (EOI) for Learning Management System (LMS) Consultant
Council invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified Consultants to assist with the assessment, evaluation and selection of a Learning Management System (LMS).
Council envisages the following steps will be undertaken -
1. Conduct an LMS Needs Assessment
2. Research LMS Vendors
3. Conduct Vendor Demonstrations
4. Narrow list of Vendors
5. Develop and distribute the Request for Proposal
6. Evaluate Proposals and Short-List Vendors
7. Conduct Final Vendor Presentations and Select a Vendor
8. Negotiate the LMS Licensing and Service Level Agreements
Council requires this process to be completed by 31st December 2014 so the implementation of the selected system can commence in early 2015.
