REQUEST FOR TENDER

SUPPLY OF HIGH AVAILABILITY & STORAGE SOLUTION

The Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat (PIFS) is seeking submissions from reputable and suitably service providers to bid for the implementation of a Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Solution.
Purpose

2. The Secretariat’s Information Team under the Corporate Services Division has seen the need to implement a High Availability and Storage Solution to address various issues currently being faced and provide a way forward in sustaining and achieving the Secretariat’s vision and mission.

Scope of Work

3. To supply a High Availability and Storage Solution System as per specifications set out under the Terms of Reference (ToR) document which can be downloaded from www.tenders.net/forumsec.

HOW TO APPLY

Method of Submissions:
Interested suppliers should forward their Expression of Interest which first should be converted to the PDF format, max.10.0MB and submit electronically following the instructions at www.tenders.net/forumsec
Note: Tenders must be submitted with clear labelling of the financial offer.

Deadline for Submissions:
Submissions need to reach the Secretariat by 5:00pm on Thursday 14 November 2019 (Fiji time).

Late or incomplete tenders will not be considered.

Questions and Answers
All queries or request for information must be submitted via the Question and Answer Forum at www.tenders.net/forumsec.
Tenderers may submit questions and upload on the Question and Answer Forum before 5:00pm on Tuesday 12 November and responses will be posted shortly. The Secretariat has no obligation to provide clarification after this date.

Note: The Secretariat will not be responsible for non-receipt/non-delivery of the Bid documents due to any reason whatsoever.
