PREFERRED TRAVEL SERVICE PROVIDER(S)

The Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat (PIFS) and the Pacific Community (SPC) jointly invites proposals from IATA - accredited travel service providers for appointment as the Secretariat's Preferred Travel Service Providers (PTSP) to provide comprehensive Travel Management Services for its offices at the following locations:

i. Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat
Suva
Fiji

ii. SPC Headquarters
Noumea
New Caledonia

iii. SPC Fiji Regional Office
Suva
Fiji

iv. SPC North Pacific Regional Office
Pohnpei
Federated States of Micronesia

v. SPC Solomon Islands Country Office
Honiara
Solomon Islands

The consolidated volume of travel procurement undertaken by PIFS was an estimated cost of FJD 3.8m for 2018 and is in excess of EUR 10 million per annum for SPC. This is expected to increase in the coming years. Both PIFS and SPC intend, where possible, to place all its travel bookings through appointed PTSPs.

HOW TO APPLY:

Method of Submissions:

All interested parties must register at www.tenders.net and allow 24hours to receive log-in credentials.

Submissions must be forwarded in PDF format following the instructions at www.tenders.net/forumsec

Note: Tenders must be submitted with clear labelling of the technical offer and the financial offer. The Technical Offer documents must be saved and submitted clearly labelled "A. Technical Offer". Financial Offer documents must be saved and submitted clearly labelled "B. Financial Offer".

The electronically submitted documents should be converted to the PDF format.

Deadline for Submissions:

Submissions need to reach the Secretariats by Friday 12 July 2019, 5.00pm Fiji Time.

Late or incomplete tenders will not be considered.

Questions and Answers

All queries or request for information must be submitted via the Question and Answer Forum at www.tenders.net/forumsec . Tenderers may submit questions in writing to the mentioned Question and Answer Forum before the stated "deadline for requesting clarifications" 5 July 2019. The Secretariats have no obligation to provide clarification after this date.

Note: The Secretariats will not be responsible for non-receipt/non-delivery of the Bid documents due to any reason whatsoever.
