Request for Tender - PIFS HARDWARE REFRESH

The Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat (PIFS) is seeking submissions from reputable experienced ICT service providers to express their interest in the provision of ICT Hardware products for its staff. Unless otherwise specified, all ICT products is to be delivered in Suva, Fiji.

PURPOSE

The purpose of this tender is to refresh the IT hardware that are currently outdated and provide for the incoming recruitments. Successful bidders will be engaged to supply the ICT Hardware specified in the Terms of Reference.

HOW TO APPLY

Submissions should be clearly marked as: Request for Tender: “Hardware Refresh.”

METHOD OF SUBMISSIONS

Interested Vendors are encouraged to provide written submissions to address the eligibility criteria and response, also should attach their company profile.

Submissions must be forwarded in PDF format following the instructions at www.tenders.net/forumsec.

Deadline for Submissions:
Submissions need to reach the Forum Secretariat by 5:00pm on Wednesday, 2 December 2020 (Fiji standard time).
Late or incomplete submissions will not be considered.

Question and Answer:
All queries or requests for information must be submitted and will be responded to via the Question and Answer Forum on www.tenders.net/forumsec before 1:00pm on Friday 27 November 2020. The Secretariat has no obligation to provide clarification after this date.
