Recruitment for EIR Quality Infrastructure Project Manager and EIF Quality Infrastructure Finance Officer (Consultants)
The Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat (PIFS) is inviting tenders from interested individuals to provide technical assistance on the implementation of the Pacific Quality Infrastructure Initiative (PQII).

The positions of Project Manager and Finance Officer (Consultants) are consultancy-based positions within PIFS. The consultants will be working in the Trade Development & Integration (TDI) Key Result Area of the Secretariat. The objectives of these consultancies are to assist PIFS in carrying out the its responsibilities with regard to PQII, including coordinating the initiative, managing some of the initiative’s components, and mobilising resources.

Method of Submissions:
Applications with resume, monthly fee expectations and contact details of two referees are to be submitted in PDF format following the instructions at www.tenders.net/forumsec

Note: Tenders must be submitted with clear labelling of the technical offer and the financial offer.

All applicants will need to register at www.tenders.net/forumsec to make a submission.

Deadline for Submissions:

Submissions need to reach the Secretariat by 5pm on Monday 1 March 2021 (Fiji time).

Late or incomplete tenders will not be considered.

All queries or request for information must be submitted via the Question and Answer Forum at www.tenders.net/forumsec. Tenderers may submit questions in writing to the mentioned Question and Answer Forum before 2pm, on Wednesday 24 February 2021. The Secretariat has no obligation to provide clarification after this date.

Note: The Secretariat will not be responsible for non-receipt/non-delivery of the submissions due to any reason whatsoever.
