STRUCTURAL CYCLONE UPGRADING WORKS
Background
The Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat invites local contractors to tender for the engagement to carry out structural upgrading works on its buildings located at its headquarters at Ratu Sukuna Road, Suva.
There are 21 buildings at the Secretariat which are over 30 years old and the structural engineers have recently carried out the structural inspection report for the renewal of cyclone certification for the buildings.
Purpose
The building contractor who is appointed by the building owner is expected to carry out the structural upgrade remedial works as per specifications set out under the Terms of Reference (TOR) document which can be downloaded from www.tenders.net/forumsec
HOW TO APPLY
Submissions should be labelled: “TENDER – STRUCTURAL CYCLONE UPGRADING WORKS”.
Method of Submissions
Submissions must be forwarded in PDF format following the instructions at www.tenders.net/forumsec
Note: Tenders must be submitted with clear labelling of the Technical Offer and Financial Offer.
Deadline for Submissions
Submissions need to reach the Secretariat by 4pm (Fiji Time) Wednesday 23 June 2021.
Late or incomplete tenders will not be considered.

All queries or requests for information must be submitted and will be responded to via the Question and Answer Forum on www.tenders.net/forumsec before 2pm Tuesday 16 June 2021. The Secretariat has no obligation to provide clarification after this date.
