The Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat

The Secretariat invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified local contractors who wish to be included in its List of Preferred Suppliers for Property Services.

The Opportunity

The Forum Secretariat is looking to engage the services of local contractors to be included in its List of Preferred Suppliers for various services covering the following areas:

• Small Building and Fit-out Works below the value of $20,000
• Provision of Electrical Services and Electrical Products
• Provision of Plumbing & Waterproofing Services
• Supply of Office Furniture & Equipment
• Supply of Cleaning, Health & Hygiene Chemicals and Accessories
• Supply & Installation of Carpets, Blinds and Awnings
• Supply of Locksmith Services
• Provision of Septic Tank Bailing & Waste Management Services
• Supply of building materials and hardware.
• Supply of power tools, plant & machinery, pumps, gardening equipment, and OHS equipment.
• Supply of air conditioning units
• Supply of Fire Safety Equipment
• Supply of furniture & fittings, household appliances and white goods

How to Apply

Submissions should be labelled: “TENDER – LIST OF PREFERRED SUPPLIERS”.

Method of Submissions

Submissions must be forwarded in PDF format following the instructions at www.tenders.net/forumsec

Note: Tenders must be submitted with clear labelling of the Technical Offer and Financial Offer.

Deadline for Submissions

Submissions need to reach the Secretariat by 4pm (Fiji Time) Wednesday 14 July 2021.

Late or incomplete tenders will not be considered.

Question and Answer

All queries or requests for information must be submitted and will be responded to via the Question and Answer Forum on www.tenders.net/forumsec before 2pm Wednesday 7 July 2021. The Secretariat has no obligation to provide clarification after this date. Site inspection could be arranged via Team Leader Property Services on e-mail: sailosiu@forumsec.org or on mobile no. 9998213 during working hours Monday -Friday prior to the tender closing date.

Note: The Secretariat will not be responsible for non-receipt/non-delivery of the Bid documents due to any reason whatsoever.
