OPOC Consultancy Services: Visibility and Marketing Support

Background

Requests for Tender are invited from production companies or communication agencies available from November 2021, to support the Office of the Pacific Ocean Commissioner in its digital communications that will enhance its visibility in the ocean space. This consultancy will help promote OPOC and its role in the region. It will also help OPOC in its branding.

Potential bidders are invited to develop the OPOC branding guide and design campaign and promotion tools including OPOC templates and stationery. Strategize on roll out campaigns and promotions and design knowledge products with guidance from OPOC.

In addition, as OPOC has a number of events where it wishes to stand out, the successful bidder will also be required to develop event specific digital promotional tools. Events include UNFCCC COP26, the Pacific Ocean Alliance meetings, Our Ocean Conference, the negotiations of the Biological Diversity Beyond National Jurisdiction, the second United Nations Ocean Conference and World Oceans Day all scheduled to be held in 2022.

Key Deliverables

i) Finalise OPOC Branding guide (logos, key colors
ii) Design different campaign/promotion tools such as PowerPoint templates, template for online Facebook ads, radio/video clips about OPOC, etc.
iii) Devise a strategy to roll out campaign and promotion via print and digital media
iv) Developed knowledge products/content highlight ocean issues
v) Successfully provide other digital communication support especially during ocean events

Scope of Work

The consultant will carry out the tasks as per specifications set out under the Terms of Reference (TOR) document which can be downloaded from www.tender.net/forumsec

Deadline for Submissions:

Submissions need to reach the Secretariat by 4pm, Friday, 15 October 2021.

Late or incomplete tenders will not be considered.
