PACIFIC E-COMMERCE M&E AND COMMUNICATION OFFICER
(CONSULTANT)
The Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat (PIFS) is inviting tenders from interested English-speaking applicants for the position of Pacific E-commerce Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) and Communication Officer (Consultant). The consultant will be based in Suva, Fiji.
The main activities for this assignment include (1) Assist with the establishment of the Pacific E-commerce Committee; (2) Assist with the establishment of the Pacific E-commerce Alliance; (3) Assist with the establishment of the M&E Framework for the Pacific E-commerce Strategy and Roadmap; and (4) Assist with implementation of the Pacific Regional E-Commerce Strategy and Roadmap.
We are looking for an English-speaking consultant with recognized qualifications in a relevant field, with experience in Trade Development and working with international donors in a M&E, reporting and external communication role, and preferably with experience in E-commerce and Pacific countries.

INFORMATION
Only applicants who meet the following criteria are eligible to take part in tenders issued by the Secretariat:
• Are financially solvent and able to conduct business operations in a professional and successful manner;
• Are not involved in any court proceedings which may affect their ability to conduct business or deliver the services tendered; and
• Do not appear on the World Bank’s listing of ineligible firms.
