Background
The overall objective of TECCBUF is to contribute to the effective implementation of the EU’s development cooperation within the Pacific – Africa, Caribbean, Pacific (P-ACP) region in line with the Pacific Leaders’ vision for inclusive development to achieve a region of peace, harmony, security and economic prosperity.
The TECCBUF project purpose is 1) to improve management of the EDF portfolio (including Intra-ACP programmes) by the Regional Authorising Officer (RAO) and regional organisations; and 2) to facilitate CSOs and Non-State Actors (NSAs) effective participation in policy engagement and implementation.
Under 2022 TECCBUF Support to CROP, 4 proposals for CROP Capacity Building in line with TECCBUF Project objectives were approved with Social and Environmental Responsibility harmonization in CROPs being one of them.

Purpose
To conduct a ‘Request for Proposals’ for Social and Environmental Responsibility harmonization in CROPs. The procurement of the Consultant is under the support given by TECCBUF to CROPs.
Scope of Work
To conduct a consultancy on the Social and Environmental Responsibility harmonization in CROPs per specifications set out under the Terms of Reference (TOR) document which can be downloaded from www.tenders.net/forumsec.

HOW TO APPLY

Method of Submissions:
Submissions must be forwarded in PDF format following the instructions at www.tenders.net/forumsec
Note: Tenders must be submitted with clear labelling of the technical offer and the financial offer. The Technical Offer documents must be saved and submitted clearly labelled “Bidders Response Template”
The electronically submitted documents should be converted to the PDF format.
Deadline for Submissions:
Submissions need to reach the Secretariat by 4.00 pm, 14th July 2022.
Late or incomplete tenders will not be considered.
Questions and Answers
All queries or request for information must be submitted via the Question and Answer Forum at www.tenders.net/forumsec . Tenderers may submit questions in writing to the mentioned Question and Answer Forum before the stated “deadline for requesting clarifications” on 4.00 pm, 14th July 2022. The Secretariat has no obligation to provide clarification after this date.
