EXPRESSION OF INTEREST - SUPPLY OF OFFICE STATIONERIES
1. Introduction
The Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat (the Secretariat) invites interested bidders to submit their expression of interest (EOI) for the supply of office stationeries. The Secretariat consists of various programs and key responsible areas (KRAs) that support the key functions in the region. To aid our administration needs, bidders are requested to submit their proposals in accordance with the specified conditions.

4.b. Method of Submissions:
Submissions must be forwarded in PDF format following the instructions at www.tenders.net/forumsec Please note that the maximum email file size allowed is 10mbs.

4.c. Deadline for Submissions:
Submissions need to reach the Secretariat by 4:00pm on 15 July 2022 (Fiji time). Late or incomplete bids will not be considered.
4.d. Questions and Answers
All queries or request for information must be submitted via the Question and Answer Forum at www.tenders.net/forumsec. Tenderers may submit questions in writing to the mentioned Question and Answer Forum before 4:00pm on 14 July 2022, Fiji time. The Secretariat has no obligation to provide clarification after this time.
Note: The Secretariat will not be responsible for non-receipt/non-delivery of the Bid documents due to any reason whatsoever.
Any complaints regarding the Secretariat’s tender must be directed to the following email: Tender.Complaints@forumsec.org.
