REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)

PREFERRED TRAVEL SERVICE PROVIDER(S)

The Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat (PIFS) invites proposals from IATA – accredited travel service providers for appointment as the Secretariat’s Preferred Travel Service Providers (PTSP) to provide comprehensive Travel Management Services for its head offices at Ratu Sukuna Road, Suva, Fiji.

The consolidated volume of travel procurement undertaken by PIFS was FJD 4.7m between 2020 to 2022. This is expected to increase in the coming years. PIFS intend, where possible, to place all its travel bookings through appointed PTSPs.

HOW TO APPLY:

Submissions should be entitled: Request for Proposals – Preferred Travel Service Provider(s)

Method of Submissions:

All interested parties must register at www.tenders.net and allow 24hours to receive log-in credentials.

Submissions must be forwarded in PDF format following the instructions at www.tenders.net/forumsec

Note: Tenders must be submitted with clear labelling of the technical offer and the financial offer. The Technical Offer documents must be saved and submitted clearly labelled “A. Technical Offer”. Financial Offer documents must be saved and submitted clearly labelled “B. Financial Offer”.

The electronically submitted documents should be converted to the PDF format.

Deadline for Submissions:

Submissions need to reach the Secretariats by Friday 8 March 2024, 5.00pm Fiji Time.

Late or incomplete tenders will not be considered.

Questions and Answers

All queries or request for information must be submitted via the Question-and-Answer Forum at www.tenders.net/forumsec . Tenderers may submit questions in writing to the mentioned Question and Answer Forum before the stated “deadline for requesting clarifications” of 1 March 2024. The Secretariats have no obligation to provide clarification after this date.

Note: The Secretariats will not be responsible for non-receipt/non-delivery of the Bid documents due to any reason whatsoever.
