Revamping of the Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat Website

The Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat (PIFS) invites proposals from service providers for the redevelopment of the Forum’s current website www.forumsec.org
Key tasks include:
• Design and features
• Layout
• Programming – Website + CMS
Please refer to the Terms of Reference for a more detailed description.
Instructions for applicants
Interested parties are required to submit a bid for the revamping of the Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat’s current website as further stipulated in the Terms of Reference.
All proposals to include:
a) Technical proposals and statement of capability showing similar tasks accomplished in the last two years;
b) Copies of curriculum vitae of the team leader and of key persons with technical skills specified in this request;
c) A company profile, list of completed projects and no less than three referee contacts;
d) Costs should be expressed in Fiji dollars;
e) A proposed timeframe for execution of this project, with all expected outputs as outlined above to be titled and delivered to:

Note: The Secretariat will not be responsible for non-receipt/non-delivery of the Bid documents due to any reason whatsoever.
