MANUAL SECURITY GUARD SERVICES FOR
PACIFIC ISLANDS FORUM SECRETARIAT PROPERTIES

Background
The Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat (PIFS) invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified locally based contractors who wish to provide manual security services for the PIFS properties.

Purpose
The purpose of this request for tender is to seek responses from interested parties who wish to provide the above stated services to the Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat.

Summary of Scope of Works
To provide manual guard security services to the PIFS as per specifications set out under the Terms of Reference (TOR) document and can be downloaded from www.tenders.net/forumsec.

Deadline for Submissions:

Submissions need to reach the Forum Secretariat by 5pm (Fiji time) Thursday 20, October 2016.

Late or incomplete tenders will not be considered.

All queries or requests for information must be submitted via the Question and Answer Forum on www.tenders.net/forumsec before 5pm on Friday 7 October, 2016.

All queries will be responded to via the Question and Answer Forum on www.tenders.net/forumsec before 5pm on Friday 14 October 2016.

Note: The Secretariat will not be responsible for non-receipt/non-delivery of the Bid documents due to any reason whatsoever.

Any complaints regarding the Secretariat’s tender must be directed to the following email: Tender.Complaints@forumsec.org. This email address will forward your complaint to a person that is independent and removed from the tender process. Complaints must be well founded and should not be used as a mechanism for notifying displeasure with the outcome of a tender award.

In the event that further information is required by the Secretariat in relation to the Request for Manual Security Guard Services for PIFS, the Secretariat reserves the right to seek the required information without the need for calling for resubmission of proposals.
