REQUEST FOR TENDER
Audits of Donor Projects for Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat for years ending 31 December 2016, 2017 and 2018
Background
The Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat (PIFS) invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified locally and internationally based suppliers who wish to provide external audit services to the Secretariat.
Purpose
The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to seek responses from interested parties who wish to provide the above stated services to PIFS.
Summary of Scope of Work
To propose and conduct the audit in close consultation with the Secretariat’s Financial Services team as per specifications set out under the Terms of Reference (TOR) document which can be downloaded at www.tenders.net/forumsec.

To be evaluated after 2nd phase via closed tender or quotation for each audit.

Interested audit firm(s) are encouraged to provide written submissions including a copy of your curriculum vitae and a financial proposal.
Submissions must be forwarded in PDF format following the instructions at: www.tenders.net/forumsec.

Deadline for Submissions:
Submissions need to reach the Forum Secretariat by 5pm (Fiji time) Friday 27 January 2017.
Late or incomplete tenders will not be considered.
