REQUEST FOR TENDER

VULNERABILITY ASSESSMENT AND PENETRATION TESTING (VAPT)

The Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat (PIFS) is seeking to improve its Information Security capacity and implementation of document management system which includes archiving and digitization from reputable vendors.

All proposals will include knowledge transfer, mentoring and working with the PIFS staff. All vendors are expected to make a presentation on their bids on request within 2 working days.

The services are expected to be delivered within 1 month after being awarded.

a.) Propose and Supply of an Information Security solution for the following:

i.) Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration testing

b.) The Secretariat reserves the right to:

i.) Withdraw or cancel any or all items listed above;
ii.) Is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender and reserves the right to award the service provider at its sole discretion and convenience without assigning any reasons; and
iii.) Accept or reject any proposal without thereby incurring any liability to the affect Bidder.

Method of Submissions:

Interested Vendors are encouraged to provide written submissions to address the eligibility criteria and response, also should attach their CV.

Submissions must be forwarded in PDF format following the instructions at: www.tenders.net/forumsec and should be titled:

Deadline for Submissions:

Submissions need to reach the Forum Secretariat by 5:00pm (Fiji time) Monday 18 December, 2017.

Late or incomplete submissions will not be considered.

All queries or requests for information must be submitted via the Question and Answer Forum on www.tenders.net/forumsec before 12:00pm on Tuesday 5 December 2017.

All queries will be responded to via the Question and Answer Forum on www.tenders.net/forumsec before 12:00pm on Thursday 7 December 2017.

Note:

The Secretariat will not be responsible for non-receipt/non-delivery of the Bid documents due to any reason whatsoever.
