CONTRACT GWS365 – MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE WORKS
Gippsland Water is seeking to appoint an experienced service provider to support a proactive maintenance regime and deliver a range of related project services and ancillary works. Gippsland Water’s preferred service provider will establish an aligned culture particularly in areas such as safety, communications, asset management and performance, risk management, environmental management and financial control.
It is intended to employ a contract model with a value framework to assist in facilitating this cultural and performance alignment.
Gippsland Water requires the outcome of this service contract to provide Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance services to Gippsland Water in line with regulatory requirements and standards appropriate to the Victorian Water industry. The Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance work contract incorporates a range of general mechanical and electrical activities. This work is divided into four separate packages for the efficient management and recording of activities:
• Program Overhead.
• Maintenance works (Preventative and Corrective).
• Project works (renewal works, major maintenance and minor modifications).
• Ancillary works (typically aligned with this type of service).
A Tender Briefing and appropriate sites visits will be conducted on Wednesday 3 August 2011 at 55 Hazelwood Road Traralgon. Those attending need to confirm their attendance no later than close of business Monday 1 August 2011.
