GWS411 - BUILDING SERVICES

The contract is for the provision of Building Services at various Gippsland Water properties. These properties comprise office buildings, water treatment plants, wastewater treatment plants and industrial sites which Gippsland Water has the responsibility to maintain under the Building Act 1993, Building Regulations and Building Code unless specifically exempted.
The Contract encompasses emergency corrective maintenance, scheduled corrective maintenance, scheduled preventative maintenance and capital works.
Gippsland Water is seeking to establish an aligned culture with its appointed Building Services provider particularly in areas such as environmental management, safety, communications, asset management and performance, risk management, and financial control.
A compulsory Tender Information session will be held at 55 Hazelwood Road, Traralgon at 10.00 am Friday 13th November 2015, following the initial round of Public Advertising.
An electronic copy of the tender shall be submitted (consolidated PDF file) with Tenders endorsed with “Gippsland Water, GWS411 – Building Services”, are to be lodged in the electronic tender box at Tenders.net no later than 4.00 pm Thursday 3 December 2015.
The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.
