Gippsland Water is seeking to establish an aligned culture with its appointed Air Conditioning Mechanical Maintenance Services provider particularly in areas such as environmental management, safety, communications, asset management and performance, risk management, and financial control.
The Service Provider will be engaged to provide all Mechanical Maintenance Services in relation to the commercial and domestic air conditioning systems within Gippsland Water’s property portfolio.
An electronic copy of the tender shall be submitted (consolidated PDF file) with Tenders endorsed with “Gippsland Water, GWS415 – Air Conditioning Mechanical Maintenance Services”, are to be lodged in the electronic tender box at Tenders.net no later than 4.00 pm Thursday 16th February 2017.
The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.
