GWS426 - Cleaning Services
It is Gippsland Water’s intention to seek a well-established and resourced, fully qualified cleaning contractor who can provide a service based on:
• A holistic, flexible and proactive approach to cleaning services;
• Demonstrate value for money;
• Raise the standard and maintain an exceptional level of cleaning;
• Strong safety, OH&S and environmental bias; and
• Innovation
The contractor is required to provide all consumables (toilet paper, soap, detergent, disinfectant, hand towels, etc) and equipment (vacuum cleaners, brooms, mops, buckets, polishing equipment, etc) needed to perform the services as detailed within the contract.
An electronic copy of the tender shall be submitted (consolidated PDF file) with Tenders endorsed with “Gippsland Water, GWS426 – Cleaning Services”, are to be lodged in the electronic tender box at Tenders.net no later than 4.00 pm Thursday 9 August 2018.
