Gippsland Water’s stores and inventory management are to be reviewed as per Gippsland Waters 2011/12 Strategic Plan “Measures of Success”. This review process will secure Service Resilience by developing a ‘whole of business’ 5 Year Warehouse Management Plan.
Gippsland Water seeks the expressions of interest / requests for quotation that may lead to the engagement of stores and inventory management consultant to conduct a review of Gippsland Water’s stores and inventory management processes and deliver a 5 Year Warehouse Management Plan.
The Warehouse Management Plan is to assess current stores and inventory management practices, determine gaps in those processes that need to be addressed and the actions required to close these gaps in warehouse operations across the organisation. The 5 Year Warehouse Management Plan must achieve a balance between Gippsland Water business tools & practices, industry practices and best practice.
