CONTRACT GWS392 - INSTALLATIONS, REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE TO GIPPSLAND WATERS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
As part of its Information, Communication and Technology operation Gippsland Water requires services of an organisation to provide a range of services and skills to support the Installations, Repairs & Maintenance to Gippsland Waters Wide Area Network Communication Systems
The contract will consist of the following range of specifically priced activities and additional services to be provided at additional cost, as and when required by Gippsland Water. The service is to include, but not be limited to: -
• The management and administration of the resources providing the services.
• 24 x 7 support and management of the Radio, Voice and Data network and infrastructure including communications software and hardware, server hardware, utilities and operating systems.
• Client services including operating system fault analysis and rectification, hardware and software installation and configuration.
