CONTRACT: SALE WTP UPGRADE STAGE 1

This is an AS4000 Lump Sum Contract for the provision of all plant, labour and materials necessary for the upgrade works at Sale Water Treatment Plant.
The works include demolition, construction of a new concrete contact tank, new aeration towers, new chemical dosing facilities, road works and bunding, installation of pipework, valves and fittings, and associated electrical, instrumentation and control works.
The Victorian Government’s Code of Practice for the Building and Construction Industry (Victorian Code) and the Implementation Guidelines as amended from time to time (Victorian Guidelines) apply to this project. Compliance with the Victorian Code and Victorian Guidelines is a pre-requisite to submitting any expression of interest or tender response and to any successful applications being awarded. Copies of the Victorian Code and Victorian Guidelines are available at www.dtf.vic.gov.au.
An electronic copy of the Tender shall be submitted (consolidated PDF file) with Tenders endorsed "Gippsland Water, GW416 - SALE WTP UPGRADE STAGE 1, to be lodged in the electronic tender box at Tenders.Net no later than 4.00 pm Thursday 30 October 2014.
The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.

Lodging Tenders
Tenders submitted directly to Gippsland Water will not be considered.
The Contractors attention is drawn to the requirements of the document “Conditions of Tendering” contained in Part D Attachments to these documents. The Contractor will be deemed to have been fully conversant with this document at the time the Tender was prepared.
