The Service Provider must hold APROSS certification with the Public Record Office Victoria (PROV) for all facilities used in the delivery of the Services prior to submission of tender and must maintain certification for all facilities used in the duration of the Term.
Files, boxes, plans, other record types and documentation provided to the Service Provider as part of the delivery of Services described in the Specification, will at all times remain in Victoria and the property of Gippsland Water.
The Service Provider must provide facilities that are fit for the purpose of the various storage and records services activities outlined in this Specification in respect of size, location, functionality, security, accessibility and serviceability.
An electronic copy of the tender shall be submitted (consolidated PDF file) with Tenders endorsed with “Gippsland Water, GWS420 – Records Storage, Archiving, Retrieval and Destruction”, are to be lodged in the electronic tender box at Tenders.net no later than 4.00 pm 16 Thursday February 2017.
The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.
