CONTRACT GWS338 – SERVICING OF FIELD AND LABORATORY INSTRUMENTATION
Gippsland Water has, as part of its operations in Water and Wastewater management, numerous field and portable laboratory testing and monitoring instruments. As part of the quality control processes Gippsland Water requires six monthly servicing (twelve monthly servicing for some items), calibration and recording of such services for the field and portable laboratory equipment / instrumentation.
The service is to include, but not be limited to, the checking and cleaning of the measuring element and associated parts, electronic circuitry, calibration to NATA standard (or traceable to NATA reference) and supply of calibration certificates / documentation for upload and traceability through Gippsland Waters Asset Management System (AMS).

Lodging Tenders
Two (2) hard copies and one (1) soft copy of the Tender shall be submitted. All copies shall be enclosed in a sealed plain envelope and addressed "Gippsland Water, 55 Hazelwood Road Traralgon, 3844" and endorsed with Contract GWS338 – Servicing of Field and Laboratory Instrumentation, are to be lodged in the tender box at the above address no later than 4.00 pm Thursday 16 February 2012
The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.
