CONTRACT: GWS400 UNIFIED COMMUNICATIONS & CALL CENTRE REPLACEMENT
As part of its Information, Communication and Technology operation Gippsland Water requires services of an organisation to provide a range of services, skills and technology to replace it’s 3Com Superstack NBX v5000 (vx5000) telephony and EpiCenter call centre systems equipped with approximately 344 IP handsets operating across its locations within the Latrobe Valley in Gippsland.
The contract will consist of the following range of specifically priced activities and additional services to be provided at additional cost, as and when required by Gippsland Water. The service is to include, but not be limited to: -
• Supply of a software and hardware solution that as a minimum meets Gippsland Water requirements specification.
• Project management and technical consulting services related to the successful delivery of the replacement system selected.
• Technical consulting services such as System design, configuration/implementation and commissioning.
• Delivery of system administration training for Gippsland Water ICT and Customer Contact Centre staff.
• Proposal for ongoing third level system support.
• Optional recommendations and costing’s for additional value added system capability above and beyond Gippsland Water’s requirement’s specification.
A compulsory Tender Information session will be held at Gippsland Water’s Traralgon Office, 55 Hazelwood Road at 2.00pm Tuesday 24 September 2013, following the initial round of Public Advertising.

TWO COPIES of the Tender shall be submitted (hard copy and an electronic copy).
