Gippsland Water is seeking to appoint a panel of providers to provide professional Organisational Development services across the organisation. We seek the services of coaches, facilitators, industrial relations and team development professionals to provide learning, support and development to staff and teams across the organisation.
Gippsland Water is seeking to streamline and improve its engagement with Service Providers by incorporating a number of important Organisational Development Services into this professional services panel. Once this panel is determined this will enable Gippsland Water to call on a range of expertise to assist with a variety of organisational development initiatives.
Professional services will be divided into four key areas and providers will ideally nominate more than one area for provision of services
