Gippsland Water requires the safe demolition and removal of an existing water tower on the McAdam Street Tank site while ensuring that the site continues to supply water to the Maffra Township.
The tower is approximately 18.4 metres tall with a base diameter of 7.3 metres and is located on the north-west corner of the site. The water tower is to be safely demolished and/or dismantled and removed off site and appropriately disposed of or recycled in accordance with Gippsland Water requirements, Australian Standards, Acts and Worksafe Victoria requirements. The water tower is to be completely removed down to and including the concrete slab/foundations and any redundant accessories including roof, access ladders, platforms, etc. Any sand or other bedding material below the concrete slab/foundations is to remain.
A single consolidated PDF file named, "RFQ103 - (Company Name)" shall be lodged on www.tenders.net no later than 4.00 pm Thursday 28th February 2018.
