Gippsland Water is seeking suitably qualified consultants to review and update an Information, Communication and Technology Management vision that will provide Gippsland Water with a foundation for ensuring that Information, Communication and Technology needs of the organisation are managed in a cohesive, business wide fashion.
There is also a requirement to redevelop the existing Information, Communication and Technology strategy for bringing together current and future organisational initiatives as well as identifying opportunities for new initiatives, all consistent with the long term strategic objectives of the organisation. The Information, Communication and Technology strategy will address hardware, software and communications issues as well as the management framework required to support such solutions. The report presenting the strategy will identify a broad level cost benefit to the organisation for any solutions recommended.
