CONTRACT GWS388 CLEANING SERVICES
It is Gippsland Water’s intention to seek a well-established and resourced, fully qualified cleaning contractor who can provide a service based on:
• A holistic, flexible and proactive approach to cleaning services;
• Demonstrate value for money;
• Raise the standard and maintain an exceptional level of cleaning;
• Strong safety, OH&S and environmental bias; and
• Innovation
The contractor is required to provide all consumables (toilet paper, soap, detergent, disinfectant, hand towels, etc) and equipment (vacuum cleaners, brooms, mops, buckets, polishing equipment, etc) needed to perform the services as detailed within the contract.
A compulsory tender meeting will be held on Wednesday 8 May 2013 at Gippsland Water’s Traralgon Office, 55 Hazelwood Road Traralgon at 11.00 am. This will be followed by a site visit to Dutson Downs. Prospective Tenderers will need to have their own transport available to visit this site.

One hard copy and one electronic copy of the tender are to be addressed "Gippsland Water, Hazelwood Road Traralgon, 3844" and endorsed with Contract GWS388 – Cleaning Services, are to be lodged in the tender box at the above address no later than 4.00 pm Thursday 23 May 2013
