Contract: 50/4810/18 Manhole Rehabilitation Program 2018/2020
Goulburn Valley Water Corporation has identified a need to undertake an annual manhole rehabilitation program as part of its ongoing maintenance program for management of the sewerage transport system. The corporation is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to become a Service Provider for the rehabilitation of sewer manholes throughout the Goulburn Valley Water Region.
The works of this contract comprise the preparation of the deteriorated underground sewer manholes and application of a suitable coating to restore and protect the structure from further deterioration. The scope of works is as follows:
"h Application of protective coating on the internal surfaces. This includes the required surface preparation and associated works as mentioned in section 2 of this specification
"h Supply of equipment as necessary for the completion of the contract works
"h Setting out the works
Over the next two (2) years, the budget allocation for sewer manhole rehabilitation within the Corporation's service area is approximately $180,000 per annum; however, no guarantee is given that the entire allocation of these funds will be attributed to these contract works. The Corporation is seeking the services of a Sewer Manhole Rehabilitation Service Provider to undertake these works under a Schedule of Rates contract.
