Scope of Works
The works of this contract comprise the construction of the Shepparton Outfall Sewer Rising Main Replacement and associated works as shown on the drawings accompanying this specification.
It is proposed to construct the new sewer rising main pipeline using DN 900, DN750 and DN450 SN10,000 PN16 Rubber Ring Jointed GRP Pipe. The pipes are available from GVW's pipe storage area in Daldy Road Shepparton. It is proposed to utilise DN900, DN750 and DN450 isolation valves on the project. The valves will be available from GVW's valve storage area in Daldy Road Shepparton.
The scope of works includes the provision of all the equipment, plant, materials, labour and skills necessary for the satisfactory completion of the works within the required timeframe. In particular the Contractor shall:
(a) Procure, construct, test, commission, and complete the defects liability period for a Sewer Rising Main Replacement for the Principal, Goulburn Valley Region Water Corporation, at Shepparton, as described in the Contract Documents.
