RENEWABLES PROGRAM (SOLAR PV) STRATEGY - Consultancy Contract Number 34/2371/17
The purpose of this Request for Tender (“RFT”) document is to seek detailed Proposals from suitably qualified consultants (“Tenderers”) to assist Goulburn Valley Region Water Corporation with the development of an organisation-wide Renewables Program.
The Renewables Program will form a significant part of the Corporation’s climate change mitigation actions and Greenhouse Gas (“GHG”) reduction targets to be agreed with the Department of Environment Water & Planning (“DELWP”).
Broadly the scope of this package of work is:
• Optimisation of the Renewables Program through prioritisation of sites for solar PV installation
and optimal sizing of capacity for each site
• Providing strategic input to the Project Management Plan and Asset Management Plan
