In September 2020, Council adopted a detailed conceptual master plan for improvements to Hammon Park, Creswick. The master plan lays out the circulation, intent and composition of the Hammon Park Trailhead - Community and Youth Hub. Works associated with this contract are to advance the conceptual master plan to detailed design and construction documentation suitable to progress to tender. The master plan is designed to be implemented as a whole or in parcels. This style is also a requirement of the outcome of this contract.
A Quantity Surveyor’s estimate will form part of the final submission.
All required engineering certification should also be provided as part of the final submission.
Compliance with any and all Australian Standards, building codes and other relevant legislation for the state of Victoria is expected and required.
Community engagement is not a part of this contract.
